Purple Haze Fog Tea

Prep Time 5 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 2-4 pieces Hibiscus flowers dried
  • 1 cup Hot water
  • 1/2 cup Milk whole
  • 1 tsp Sweetener I used honey

Equipment

  • Tea kettle
  • Teacup
  • Milk froffer
  • Liquid measuring cup microwave safe
  • Tea pot with mesh for brewing

Method
 

  1. Heat water in a tea kettle. Place Hibiscus in the teapot mesh. Pour hot water and allow to brew for 2 minutes.
  2. Measure out milk and heat in the microwave for 40 seconds. Add in sweetener and froff until the milk is foamy.
  3. Pour readily brewed tea into the teacup, followed by the milk. Milk should pour out regularly then produce a big foam on top of the tea.
