Matcha Golden Glow Tonic

Ingredients
  

  • 2 golden beets boiled and peeled
  • 3 carrots chopped
  • 1 large orange peeled
  • half pineapple peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 3 tbsp ginger peeled and chopped
  • water as much as needed
Matcha Espresso
  • 3/4 tbsp matcha ceremonial grade
  • 1/2 cup hot water

Equipment

  • bender
  • Strainer
  • pitcher
  • Pot
  • Cutting Board
  • Chef Knife
  • spoon
  • Matcha bowl
  • chasen (matcha whisk)

Method
 

  1. Blend all fruits and vegetables together in a blender. Add enough water to liquefy when blending on high. Strain juice into a pitcher, letting the juices drip without force.
  2. Sift matcha into a matcha bowl. Pour hot water and whisk until froffy and combined.
  3. Pour golden glow juice into a cup with ice (optional). Pour matcha directly over.
