Matcha White Chocolate Cookies
Going to a potluck and was told to bring cookies? Matcha white chocolate chip cookies is always a crowd pleaser! πͺπΈπ΅

- large bowl
- electric whisk
- scale
- rubber spatula
- teaspoon
- ice cream scooper
- baking sheet
- parchment paper
Ingredients: π₯
- 100 g AP flour
- 8 g Matcha powder culinary grade
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 c / stick butter soften
- 75 g white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c white chocolate chips
Instructions: π§βπ³
- Cream butter and sugar with electric whisk until incorporated. Beat in egg and vanilla. Add all the dry ingredients and beat until roughly 90% of the dries are incorporated. Fold in white chocolate chips.
- Grease baking sheets with the leftover butter wrapper and line with parchment paper. Scoop dough evenly spread out. Chill until oven is ready.
- Set oven to 360 degrees F and once ready, take cookie dough out of the fridge and bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes. Preferably rotate trays halfway if baking with two baking sheets. Allow to cool on a wire rack before enjoying.
