Early Morning Iced Matcha

The most perfect iced Matcha latte to start off a beautiful day. πŸ΅πŸΈβ˜€οΈ

Equipment: πŸ₯£

  • Matcha bowl
  • Matcha whisk
  • Bamboo stick
  • Tiny sifter
  • Kettle
  • Glass

Ingredients: 🍯

  • 1 1/2 tsp Uji Matcha New Crop or Ceremonial Grade Matcha sifted
  • 1/4 c hot water (for soaking matcha bowl and matcha whisk)
  • 1/4 c hot water (for matcha)
  • 1 tsp orange blossom honey
  • 1/3 c boba ice
  • 1/2 c organic oat milk
  • 1/2 c reduced fat milk

Instructions: πŸ§‘β€πŸ³

  1. Heat up water in a kettle to rolling boil. Pour into matcha bowl and place matcha whisk to soak for a few minutes.
  2. Get rid of soaking water and sift in high quality ceremonial grade Matcha with a bamboo stick. Add honey and hot water. Whisk for about a minute in an “M” or circular motion. Matcha should be froffy and smooth.
  3. In your favorite glass, pour in milk and ice. Matcha is poured in last at the tippy toppy.
