Matcha White Chocolate Cookies

Going to a potluck and was told to bring cookies? Matcha white chocolate chip cookies is always a crowd pleaser! πŸͺ🐸🍡

Yield: 18 small cookies πŸͺπŸ˜‹

  • large bowl
  • electric whisk
  • scale
  • rubber spatula
  • teaspoon
  • ice cream scooper
  • baking sheet
  • parchment paper

Ingredients: πŸ₯š

  • 100 g AP flour
  • 8 g Matcha powder culinary grade
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 c / stick butter soften
  • 75 g white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 c white chocolate chips

Instructions: πŸ§‘β€πŸ³

  1. Cream butter and sugar with electric whisk until incorporated. Beat in egg and vanilla. Add all the dry ingredients and beat until roughly 90% of the dries are incorporated. Fold in white chocolate chips.
  2. Grease baking sheets with the leftover butter wrapper and line with parchment paper. Scoop dough evenly spread out. Chill until oven is ready.
  3. Set oven to 360 degrees F and once ready, take cookie dough out of the fridge and bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes. Preferably rotate trays halfway if baking with two baking sheets. Allow to cool on a wire rack before enjoying.
