Early Morning Iced Matcha
The most perfect iced Matcha latte to start off a beautiful day. π΅πΈβοΈ

Equipment: π₯£
- Matcha bowl
- Matcha whisk
- Bamboo stick
- Tiny sifter
- Kettle
- Glass
Ingredients: π―
- 1 1/2 tsp Uji Matcha New Crop or Ceremonial Grade Matcha sifted
- 1/4 c hot water (for soaking matcha bowl and matcha whisk)
- 1/4 c hot water (for matcha)
- 1 tsp orange blossom honey
- 1/3 c boba ice
- 1/2 c organic oat milk
- 1/2 c reduced fat milk
Instructions: π§βπ³
- Heat up water in a kettle to rolling boil. Pour into matcha bowl and place matcha whisk to soak for a few minutes.
- Get rid of soaking water and sift in high quality ceremonial grade Matcha with a bamboo stick. Add honey and hot water. Whisk for about a minute in an “M” or circular motion. Matcha should be froffy and smooth.
- In your favorite glass, pour in milk and ice. Matcha is poured in last at the tippy toppy.
